One of the greatest things about the Gillum family is how much fun they have together. Our session began with hanging out in the backyard, which seemed like the coziest, most natural place in the world to start! And believe it or not, but this super close family has not have family photos taken since BEFORE Libby (who just left town for Grad school) was born! So we sipped some champagne and took a stroll down memory lane…..(champagne helps with that)…. ( ;
BBBOOOHHHHHH! What’s better than grade school photos? The missing teeth, the hair, the fashion statements! Too adorable!
One of my favorites below ( :
After cooling off with a little more bubbly, we headed to a park close to their house to check out some old records and enjoy some more family time!
So cute! ( :
The park was perfect for relaxing…and puppy watching!
We took a minute to get some photos of just the gorgeous Gillum ladies. They had me cracking up the whole time!
When my kids grow up, I hope they love each other as much as this…….Props to Cathie and Jack!
What could ever compare to a mother’s love?
After the sunset, we headed back inside to cool off and have a celebratory drink for a job well done!
To the Gillum family – thank you all for sharing one of your last evenings together with me. Knowing that you four are are now seperate by more than 150 miles made this session so special to me. To the adventurous Gillum girls – best wishes in your new home and in this new chapter of your lives! I know you have nothing but many achievements and lots of success headed your ways! And to Mom and Dad Gillum – if you ever feel “Empty Nest Syndrome”…I would be more than happy to share two rambunctious little ones with you ( ;
